Lol. His name is William Utagawa a.k.a Thunderbolt. He’s Yuma’s brother and twin brother of Kenji (another dude) (Somebody that I often draw). He’s a singer and a rapper. William is part of the PD of Tsukimoto (fictional country) and he was a soldier of the Tsukimoto Army. And he’s blind. That’s why he’s always using his sunglasses. But you just don’t care about that :P. I hope this big is enough for you~
